Returns
VRU Varnas goal is that you be completely satisfied with your purchase. Your complete satisfaction is of most importance to us. Before you send the items back, please contact us (support@vruvarnas.com) with your order#. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return your purchase in its original packaging along with your original packing slip, within 7 days of receipt/delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any customized and tailored products are not considered for return or exchange.
Gift cards are non-returnable items.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 to 7 business days.
Conditions under which refunds are not applicable
There are certain circumstances under which VRU Varnas will not process refund if,
The product was used or carry any stain, sweat or body odor on it.
The price tags, paper tags are not available.
The packaging and folding are not in intact.
The product is washed or dry cleaned.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Order Cancellation
Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
